Terms and Conditions
All orders are accepted subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale.
Shipping & Charges
- All prices quoted are inclusive of the current rate of vat.
- Goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours by 1st class post upon receipt of payment.
- Free delivery on all UK mainland orders valued over £250 exclusive of vat.
- Orders below £250 carry a P.&P. charge of £8.50.
- Shipping to areas outside the UK mainland are charged at cost.
Returns & Exchanges
- It's no problem to get an exchange or a refund. We just ask that you send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt of goods, making sure you take reasonable care with the goods. (This does not affect your statutory rights to cancel your order within 7 days)
- To return an item, simply enclose a copy of the receipt sent with your order and send it to: Night Night Pests, 86 Skippetts Gdns, Cranbourne, Basingstoke, Hants, RG21 3BY. We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item. 'Night Night Pests' will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost parcels.
- Please note that for returned goods, we will refund the price of the goods including the delivery charge as invoiced. For exchanges, the replacement goods will be delivered to you free of charge.
- We are registered with Hampshire County Council "Buy With Confidence" approved trader and we operate in compliance with the (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Payment Terms
- Payment in full is required prior to dispatch of goods.
- Payment is accepted by credit card, cheque or online transfer from your bank to ours (Our banking details will be made available on request).
- All goods remain the property of Night Night Pests until paid for in full.
Non-delivery
- Claims made regarding non-delivery or damaged goods must be reported to Night Night Pests by email or post within 14 days of the time goods are dispatch.
